This is the part that “fans” fail to realize. These coaches recruited these kids to the school and parents dropped their kids off to these coaches. It’s sucks man (from the personal aspect of it).

The good thing is the players all seem to trust and respect Diaz so they may be more agreeable to embracing whoever he brings in.
