Armondo Blount could break out this season

Exactly, he has all of the tools to be an absolute monster this season. This system is designed for players like him with power, aggression, and high motor. He will have his name on draft boards by the end of the season.

This was the starting Dline in the spring with Moten out. Blount, Carter (replacing Moten), Scott, Wilson. Miami is going to legit roll out 3 starting 5 star defensive lineman and Moten a top 3 DT in all of college football, crazy.

It’s the best team on paper since 2002-2003

I don’t know how it plays out but we have everything in place to take #6 I can’t talk myself out of that no matter how much I try

Lowe is going to be a starter by end of year IMO. He was ahead of everyone not named Bain and Mesidor last spring until his injury.

You mentioned Blount's motor. One thing that stands out to me watching guys like Lightfoot, Moten, and the departed Bain and Mesidor is that all of our cats get after it on a sustained basis. Obviously it's part of the team culture. Nothing worse than seeing a talented dude take off several plays and then flash once in a while.

Agree that Blount should be primed for a big year.

Lowe won’t start at the beginning or ending. Just because Blount filled a void that was needed last season doesn’t mean he’s not coming for his spot on the end.

Blount and he are the same age. I think Blount developed more than him given both the injury and off field issues, and while I absolutely love Lowe, I don't see how he catches up to him with Blount's intelligence and work ethic.

I'm actually shocked it was Carter over Davis. Was Davis held out for any reason. Kid looked like the goods in the film I watched of him at Nebraska.

Appreciate the quality depth and players that the staff built. Amazing work.

Keeping players fresh and keeps players on their toes knowing there is talent behind them ready to prove their worth. Competition breeding success.

Elite operation. Just ready like everybody else for this product to show its self on the field.
