Arkansas State

Ok, not knowing jack crap about Arkansas State I looked up their schedule this past season.
They beat one team, barely, with a winning record and lost to a 3-9 team. They also almost managed to lose to a 0-12 Georgia STate team... Negging fools who think this is a possible loss. Wake Forest would go undefeated in the Sun belt. So save the we almost lost to WF crap.

What, we worry? After Golden outcoaches Petrino and his new QB team (with his new QB, who wasn't good enough to replace an AWFUL Morris) on Labor Day, NOBODY will stop us!

Last I saw they were in the Sun Belt not FCS. And have won the Sun Belt 3 straight years. They were within 21-16 of Missouri in the 3rd qtr last season. Been to 3 straight bowl games and won 2 straight. Went 10-3 in 2011 & 2012.

Don't just look at the scores on the bigger games. Go back and actually watch what Ark St did to AU and Mizzou. They won because of more depth at major positions. It's not like they killed us the entire game.

And yet when golden beats one team with a winning record you tout it as evidence of his genius. Since you are so quick to disparage Arkansas state's record against winning teams, please tell us what Goldens record is against winning teams.

I'm just trying to understand why people think we're gonna lose to Arky State.
Based on last years results it just seems like wishful thinking and grasping at straws.
Pathetic really.

already admitted I was wrong. cautiously optomistic is a fair feeling I have after this game. Think we take it to Nebraska then hold my breathe for Duke.
