Well that sucks but I didn't expect him anyway. Would've made no sense to hire a 4-3 DL coach and then hire a 3-4 DC.
 
pipe dream, anyhow. LSU was going big after letting Steele leave to AU.

He would have been amazing but never saw anything linking him here. Disappointing that another team outbid us. Understandable though, lsu has money to blow
 
LSU must have ponied up BIG dough for Aranda.

They don't f around in the SEC.

Well maybe not outbid.. But apparently he was available and looking to leave Wisconsin, and another team bought him.

Idk if we contacted him but stinks that we couldn't close on him since he ended up being a possibility

Aranda is probably looking to become a HC in a year or two, and he probably has at least 2 years guaranteed on his
contract, so whatever happens to Miles after 2016 is moot to him.
 
Aranda interviewed at LSU the last time the D.C. job was open so we shouldn't feel spurned. That said, I'm surprised he would go to a sinking ship.
