Do you watch football other than Cane games? I think AQM has a ton of potential, but he is not 1st round talent.

Kid would not be drafted. Limited production and looks more like LB than a DE.

He won't even get invited to the combine if he goes pro this year. There is almost 0 reason for him to leave now.

He definitely can play in the league.. Imagine even if he's a fourth rounder, he get's NFL coaching and a chance to blossom like another DE I remember folks were critical of Calais Campbell

It's not about whether he can play in the league, it's about him losing millions if he left right now compared to coming back next year. Also Campbell is a poor example because he was actually pretty productive. AQM has 5 sacks with 3 seasons with 2 of those coming against a HS level team in Savannah State. Not to mention, no matter how we feel about it, his one year suspension for a a fight will no doubt be used against him.

He'd be a fool, majority of these guys are not near ready. Artie is the only one that should go, Kiper has him as a 2nd rounder and even as possible late 1

Artie absolutely SHOULD NOT go. He has not looked good (with obvious reasons) the last few weeks. Unless he finishes great, he is better off staying with (hopefully) a real DC and DB coach. I don't see any eligible underclass man that'd be better off leaving early

Scouts love him, he's projected as a second rounder . He'll blow people away at the underwear Olympics, he almost has to go.

He has family to support and that's too much money to pass on.

I wish he'd stay, but family comes first. He'll declare ASAP.

Some of these guys have to be completely oblivious to the "real world" to even consider declaring. What has AQM accomplished? He was suspended. He came back with hype but hasn't lived up to any expectations and is terrible against the run. Watch the tape. He's been in the program 3 years (suspended for one) and has yet to make an impact. What in that career would make someone thing the NFL Draft is a good choice? I love my Canes and will support these guys, but that is a horrible career move. He needs to stay, work hard for the next staff and make a name for himself.
