I agree that the punishment seems harsh but if they lied about it to Richt that would explain why.
 
Was only matter of time before Quan got dismissed let's be honest suspended a whole year. Then didn't learn his lesson and suspended first game last year. Talented but so irresponsible

Grace loss hurts much worse, hopefully McCloud can step in and be special

Disagree, we did this with their input. No way you let kids practice with the first team all camp of you think there's a chance they're gone for the season.

We had to get word from the NCAA and decide this needed to happen.

You don't seek NCAA "advice," you dumb ****. I've been telling dopes like you what the process is. UM investigated, found out the possible extent of the impermissible benefits received, then consulted with the NCAA to determine the length of the loss of eligibility based on the amount of impermissible benefits received.

You're too dumb to realize you have no idea how long they were messing with those free cars. You also have no idea if Grace even has the financial ability to pay back the full amount of the benefits he received, which is a condition precedent to even being considered for reinstatement of eligibility.

Understand this simple fact, simp: Once it is determined that a player receives impermissible benefits he immediately loses his amateur status and you need to go through the NCAA to have it restored, if possible.

Do you dumb ***** really expect UM to ignore the fact that those guys lost their amateur eligibility? Just play them, then forfeit the wins? Play them after you know they took illegal benefits and implicate the institution for a loss of institutional control case? Those are your retarded suggestions?

Thanks for the support, Carlos. It's laughable that the putz gave me an infraction for calling a dopey ****, who is baselessly trashing my school repeatedly and saying "fck UM", a ****. I take the time to dispel all this wild stupid hysteria, and he hangs an infraction on me. Meanwhile, cumbagface is running around the board trashing UM with impunity.

Absolute moronic statement. How's Miami supposed to go to bat for these kids? They literally got free luxury car rentals that cause hundreds a day that equals well into the 4-figures in total benefits, if not more. I seriously question if some you should even be reproducing.

I think the issue here wasn't that they lied to Richt but they lied to compliance and it sounds like they lied multiple times. We are on probation and still walking on egg shells after skating because the NCAA fvcked up. We couldn't afford that. Once compliance found out they got lied to it was a wrap.
 
AQM was the third leading tackler on the team, he lead to team in TFL and Sacks. He was a difference maker and produced while many others didn't in a horrible scheme, yet some of you think its no big deal because we are "deep" on the DL? Grace has been a solid player while here and I have much respect for him but he has never been a playmaker, never. Of course I would love to have him for this season, he is good but losing AQM is a devastating loss. Dude was going to kill it this year
