AQM AND GRACE DISMISSED FROM TEAM

Well it shows that this school again dont give a dam about football, this is something so petty and they dismiss them horrible just horrible

It's petty?
Driving exotic cars around town that cost in the hundreds, even thousands, to rent and then lying about it?

Yes it is, have ya seen what the bama players and FSU players drive around???
Yeah because a $24k base Camaro with $2500 in cheap Chinese rims is the same as a $800 per day Lambo. You guys don't get it. UM players have been rolling around in Camaros and Chargers and crappy basic cars like that forever.

Yea you got a point there chise, i just dont feel its worth a dismissal

Dont you mean "not so smart" yea before you accuse people of being dumb check your spelling

I fixed it.

But your post doesn't have grammatical issues, it is just inherently dumb.

Naw too late there buddy

Dude, LOL, grandma can be fixed. Dumb and stupid is forever. As is the case with your post.

And for your posting from the looks of it LMAO

No, I meant to say grandma, you twit.

Lol why would this lame @ss university seek advice from the NCAA that clearly has a bias against Miami??? Lol I wonder what the NCAA wouldve "advised" Bama to do in the same situation?

/ UM is the NCAAs bxtch

You don't seek NCAA "advice," you dumb ****. I've been telling dopes like you what the process is. UM investigated, found out the possible extent of the impermissible benefits received, then consulted with the NCAA to determine the length of the loss of eligibility based on the amount of impermissible benefits received.

You're too dumb to realize you have no idea how long they were messing with those free cars. You also have no idea if Grace even has the financial ability to pay back the full amount of the benefits he received, which is a condition precedent to even being considered for reinstatement of eligibility.

Understand this simple fact, simp: Once it is determined that a player receives impermissible benefits he immediately loses his amateur status and you need to go through the NCAA to have it restored, if possible.

Do you dumb ***** really expect UM to ignore the fact that those guys lost their amateur eligibility? Just play them, then forfeit the wins? Play them after you know they took illegal benefits and implicate the institution for a loss of institutional control case? Those are your retarded suggestions?

Yawn sounds good except for the fact that you're making up **** / I'm sure AJ Green was getting paid signing jerseys his entire UGa career if I was to speculate like ur fckn ***.... What was their final decision for punishment?

Why don't you try to improve your reading comprehension, because you clearly have no understanding of what he wrote. Franchise is 100% correct.

I can't even mess with that bag of estrogen.

We need Bama's compliance department. FML

You might not "feel" it's worth dismissal, but our feelings have nothing to do with the NCAA rules on impermissible benefits and the amount of time a player must sit based on the amount of extra benefits he received.

These aren't UM rules or team rules we're discussing. These are clear NCAA rules on extra benefits, loss of eligibility, length of loss of eligibility based on the amount of impermissible benefits received and then the reinstatement process.

These things, however "unfair" some people deem them, are clearly explained to everyone on the team. If you choose to go beyond the rules, then I have no sympathy for you.

Thats life.

I never understand the argument that "these kids sacrifice their bodies for nothing"... last I checked, my non football stud self would have to pay a couple hundred thousand dollars to get a degree from UM. I'll count that as what they're getting for their services.

Sure at a private school like UM, ND, USC, etc.
Public State schools are five times cheaper if you're in-state though.
UM~$40k in tuition per yr
UF~$6k in tuition per yr

UM compliance didn't hand down these suspensions. If that was the case, this case would of been done months ago.

The NCAA made the call and dropped the anvil right before the season for a reason. This kills any momentum and buzz we had headed into the season. This didn't just affect two starters. This is a big time blow to the team.

I don't care how much talent we have... We are not winning with 3 green backers. Not happening. 6-6 is about right. GT, ND, and FSU are gonna be a doozy.

LB is the least important position group on a defense. They are definitely going to be making mistakes. But with more and more 3+ WR sets taking over the college game, It will also decrease the importance of having 3 good LBs. All you need to have a great Defense is a great Dline. Unfortunately we just lost someone who was looking like he could be a beast at DE, but still. These losses wont result in 3 more losses, that's just ridiculous.

I still see us finishing at worst 8-4. We're still beating FSU this year. Its just going to be a little harder.

I don't get the 8-4 predictions. Didn't we just GO 8-4?

Are you saying we should be finishing better or worse than 8-4?

If you think we should be finishing better than 8-4, I did say "at worst" and we have a lot of young guys starting all over the field. If you think we should be finishing worse than 8-4 we have much better coaches now and better schemes on both sides of the ball.

The U had no choice, but to deal with this situation and send a message. We are in no position to give the NCAA, Miami Herald, PBP, and the Sun-Sentinel ammunition to dig up a cover-up or a lack of institutional control. These players even had legal representation during the inquiry and eventual dismissal. We are under a microscope and have been since the 80's. Just mind boggling that these young men were players during the last investigation and subsequent punishment and choose to make these choices. Miami wouldn't have thrown them off the team unless their was significant information to justify it. Again, these players had legal representation.
