they are lectured and instructed not to take improper benefits. some of these guys have been hearing this for years and were at UM during the investigation, hence they had a lot of awareness of compliance requirements and consequences of not following them.
they disregard their instruction and negotiate with the owner of exotic cars to allow them to use these cars in exchange for taking a cut or a promise to rent more cars when they get into the league
young cheats on his GF, GF gets ****ed and rats all of them out
they are confronted and they all lie about it, except perhaps coley and that's why he's spared
had they admitted their mistake, they would have been suspended a few games.
who is at fault here?
7-5 easy
Sounds like the ncaa might have told them to dismiss aqm and grace.
The University of Miami announced today that red-shirt junior Al-Quadin Muhammad and senior Jermaine Grace have been permanently dismissed from the Hurricanes football program for violating NCAA rules. The University will, however, continue their financial aid through graduation. The decision was made in consultation with outside counsel and after discussions with the NCAA enforcement staff. As no staff members or boosters were involved in the violations, the program will not be subject to sanctions and, at this time, the University deems this matter closed."
So basically they said "let's turn our backs on these kids, its the easy way out.". FCK them and this program!
Yes AQM, Grace...and possibly Coley are boneheads.Boneheads.
Barry ******* tweets investigation is over, Coley in clear. Fat Beast tweets three seconds later they're still looking into Coley. Hooray, south Florida media.
Young men rent cars for free but return them safe and sound. Get removed from the team while Ridley is driving around in a brand new Camaro courtesy of Alabama and I never even so much as heard of an investigation. I agree with the punishment our guys should have known better, but there needs to be equal treatment throughout all of college football period.
Again you are wrong. Those cars are paid for with student loans and is perfectly legal.
You are blind.
it is called a student loan and is perfectly legal
They aint getting them cars with no student loans. Dont act like you dont know whats going on.
They are indeed using student loans to buy cars. It is very very common. Heck my wife did it when she was in college and she was on a full athletic scholarship.
Again you're acting like if they have the money then everything is legal. They're getting told exactly how to do it. Who to see and it's all covered up impeccably by Bama's compliance department. If you think these kids just grab their cash and head out to any old dealer you're crazy.
They needs cars for internships during the summer. If a student goes to compliance and tells them he is trying to get a car and they advise him to take a student loan then I don't see the issue. Sure it isn't recommended they buy a 20k car with it, but the student has to make that decision.
Lol why would this lame @ss university seek advice from the NCAA that clearly has a bias against Miami??? Lol I wonder what the NCAA wouldve "advised" Bama to do in the same situation?
/ UM is the NCAAs bxtch
Serious question: did you make it past the third grade? You've got to be on of the stupidest motherfūckers on this board. Do you not know how anything works?
****..... That hurts. Wish them well... F_ck man....
As soon as UM gets off of probation they need to fire that entire compliance department. What a ***ing joke they are.

You still didn't address what I'm saying. You're acting like if they have the money than then there's nothing shady going on. at this point I Honestly don't care because it ain't helping our season. MY point of posting those pics was that there is a way to do it and not get caught then there are a couple of dummies who's school doesn't have those systems set up to prevent this from happening.
7-5 easy
That's the lowest amount we possibly could have this season. 2 players don't make or break a team especially with the de depth Miami has
