Will his offense scare any defense coordinator? I don't know much about him, but Manny talked up how great this hire was going to be, so he set a pretty high bar.

Coaches are hired waiting to get fired.Very few last more than 5-6 years.

If Applewhite IS the choice I’m willing to give him a shot to turn this catastrophe we call an offense around.It can’t be any worse than what we e been watching for the last three years.

I wasn’t enthralled by the Manny hire but I’m willing to see who the WHOLE staff is he puts together before making my mind up.Even if I don’t like any of the offensive hires it CAN’T be any worse than Morks clusterfck of an offense.

Agreed across the board. I expect the defense to take a step back from losing Jaquan, Willis, and Jackson, but we were not exactly needing to score 50 points a game to go from 7 wins to 10-11 wins last year.

More than anything next year, I want to see us come out firing in the big games, unlike LSU, FSU 1st half, and Wisconsin this year. FSU we got extremely lucky, but the others were over before they started. I am hoping that was Richt's thumbprint and Manny and the new offensive staff can change that.
