He was originally a 2010 Michigan commit who went prep for a year, didn't qualify for Miami's 2011 recruiting class, sat out a year and then ended up in JUCO. I imagine he is at least 22 years old, so he should be ready physically. It will be interesting to see if Golden and staff are going after him.

Physically ready for what though? His JC profile on Scout shows him at 210, and as an OLB. He's not going to play OLB here at 210, coming in as a Junior.

This guy was committed to Michigan. Golden got hired and got him to switch immediately. I remember most of us were excited about him. Never qualified and didn't hear about him until now.

From what I have read this is all from a Twitter post where he wrong "Miami Hurricanes....."

I'll take the fast JUCO all-american over the slow LBs we have now that fit their height and weight profiles. I hope he commits because it might signify a change in how this defense is run. Perhaps valuing speed and quickness over brute strength a bit more. Our defense isn't very fast. Whether it be the scheme, added weight, or the natural ability of the players, we run like an old school big ten defense.

This dude will be like 25-26 when he graduates, awesome. Lol. Grown *** man! He is a definite take! Want!!!

I want to put together some misfits on our defense. Some grown *** men with chips on their shoulder. Had to sit out a year entirely? DO WANT.

Hey Im all for help at LB, but what Im saying is, if he's really 210, he's not going to be playing OLB here. He's listed as 6'3 210, we have WRs that are thicker than that. I could see safety at that size, but an OLB here at 210? And with his age, its not like he's raw and can add a ton of weight.

In his twitter thread when asked are you committed to Miami... he response was no, not yet ... The Brow's big news of the day???
