The fact that he is choosing to sit the 2015 season suggests he didn't want to be a 4th corner for his last season ...

If he was graduating, and able to play immediately, I would understand this move .... But transferring to sit likely means he was willing to sit at Miami, IMO ...

Exactly. The fact that we don't have more CBs on the team via good recruiting. Definitely Golden's fault. The fact that Crawford wants to be a starter but has been legitimately beat out by multiple other CBs, thus he decided to pick up and go play somewhere else...that's on Crawford.

idk where it said that crawford was leaving because he wanted to be a starter. i think he just wants to play period but for whatever reason we do not employ nickel and dime packages, so if you'r not the starting 2 than you will rarely see the field.

I think it's pretty safe to assume he didn't ask to be redshirted.

he's trying to be a graduate transfer so therefore would not have to sit out a year. and can you really fault anyone on our defense for wanting to take their chances with another coaching staff?

jalen grimble looked good for oregon state prior to his injury. another high 4/5 star guy that wasn't "talented" enough to get playing time here.

I'm gonna roll with "has a ton of hate for this staff". Kids don't typically seek redshirts this far along in their college careers. Way more likely to bolt to another program even if they have to sit there.
