Antonio Crawford upset

[DadeCountyFinest]

Now we'll watch him turn into a beast at Morgantown. Even when our so-called mediocre players get away from this coaching "staph", they blossom unless they are idiots like Olsen.

Name 1 that has did something once they transferred

[Cane Dynasty]

One could never fault a man for leaving a Gorlden corched team.

The odd thing is that parents would still send their sons to play for Gorlden after watching his teams perform for the last 4 complete seasons.

Storm Johnson.

[MIATL513]

Then how do you explain him being willing to sit out this season, even though he would have absolutely seen playing time for us in the fall?

If he didn't ask for a red-shirt, then he has a ton of hate for this staff and the team ...

Anybody know if the kid asked to red-shirt next season, and was told no?

The fact that he is choosing to sit the 2015 season suggests he didn't want to be a 4th corner for his last season ...

If he was graduating, and able to play immediately, I would understand this move .... But transferring to sit likely means he was willing to sit at Miami, IMO ...

Lol I think Golden should be gone but Crawford is *****ing because he got straight beat out by elder.... We'd have applauded this move in better times

Exactly. The fact that we don't have more CBs on the team via good recruiting. Definitely Golden's fault. The fact that Crawford wants to be a starter but has been legitimately beat out by multiple other CBs, thus he decided to pick up and go play somewhere else...that's on Crawford.

idk where it said that crawford was leaving because he wanted to be a starter. i think he just wants to play period but for whatever reason we do not employ nickel and dime packages, so if you'r not the starting 2 than you will rarely see the field.

I think it's pretty safe to assume he didn't ask to be redshirted.

Storm Johnson plays in the NFL.

Gionni Paul will probably be 1st Team All Pac-12 this year. ( he has been BALLIN at Utah just had an injury last season cut it short)

Malcolm Bunche started the entire season at UCLA and will probably be on an NFL roster this year.

Ray Ray Armstrong plays for the Oakland Raiders.

Those 4 just off the top of my head.

he's trying to be a graduate transfer so therefore would not have to sit out a year. and can you really fault anyone on our defense for wanting to take their chances with another coaching staff?

3 of the 4 was kicked off the team and bunche was a turnstile all season....their O line cost hunley millions of dollars in this draft

jalen grimble looked good for oregon state prior to his injury. another high 4/5 star guy that wasn't "talented" enough to get playing time here.

bunche did horrible at UCLA, got beat a ton, gionni is doing ok at utah, storm balled at UCF, ray ray is finally playing his true position

What is the point of asking for one like you are proving a point if you are just going to go ahead and make excuses for them each time? Why not just say your piece definitively the first time since your mind is made up?

Not making excuses just saying losing backups aren't hurting the program its the inadequate gameday coaching

Actually it does. Grohlden used it his first few years as "lack of depth" which now falls squarely on his shoulders as well.

[the storm]

allcanes blog nails it regarding Crawford.

[BigDikCane]

Dude was the best corner we had...

[dk72]

He managed to pick off a few passes playing corner in this **** show of a defense over the past couple seasons. He'll probably win the God damned Heisman elsewhere.

Which of the other corners should he have taken playing time from?

I'm gonna roll with "has a ton of hate for this staff". Kids don't typically seek redshirts this far along in their college careers. Way more likely to bolt to another program even if they have to sit there.

Well "OzarCaneSaw", since you down voted why don't you answer the question. Which CB during Crawford's time here should have sat to allow Crawford more time? Two years ago he was even given 2 starts, in which he did very little. Bottom line is he was never better than 4th best on the team, and at times, more like 5th best.
