I see little reason to keep Addae. Recruiting is lagging behind every other position and development is not there. Some may be scheme from Guidry but pass D was not up to par and football IQ is severely lacking in the back half.

The fact we don’t have a viable backup safety is insane after 2 seasons. And despite the physical tools and NFL hype, it’s not like Williams or Kam were particularly strong for us this year (JW20 being the better player). Both were often liabilities on passing downs.

Jason Taylor should be the DL coach but I’m fine if he’s fine staying at DE

Nicholson was a great addition at LB, so was Beard at WR, and Harris at RB

Not sure what to make yet of Woodel at TE since we never throw to the TEs.

Dawson needs a real QB and Mario needs to let him be. Until those happen we don’t really know what we have in him

Until the end of his tenure as an on-the-field-coach, I always felt like Rumph did a good job coaching up the secondary, it was his recruiting that sucked. With Mario as a the stud recruiter, maybe he could go back on the field...?
