Correct, but they’re not. If Miami wins out and GT wins 3 more in the ACC, including the ACCCG, they’ll jump us.

Let’s put it this way. The books obviously know Miami is ahead of GT today, and they know GT has to play UGA.

But they’re +190 to make the playoff, and Miami is +400. Why? Because they’re going to put the ACC champ at 11-2 higher than a 10-2 Miami team.

So you said perception of our team is bad but then they project us to be in the CFP. Same thing that happened with Bama last year, except the brand my actually be in our favor this time

They don’t have any. Their best win is Stanford. 27-3, by BYU. Unless you wanna count UCLA for Utah. The conference’s four ranked teams played one P4 team with a winning record. A loss to Nebraska by Cincinnati. Which is why if we can find a way to roll our next three opponents I could see us jumping both BYU and Utah.

The Big 12 is BS. Guys don't play anyone OOC while the real brands are all playing games against each other.

It’s a dumb comment. If there’s one thing Miami has actually been, it’s consistent. We play the same game every single week on offense. Just when we play truly atrocious teams, we score in the mid 30s. When we play average teams, we score in the 20s. But the numbers are painfully consistent. Consistently average, and boring. Every week.

You are foolishly missing the point. If Cfp ended today resume would get us in is the point. Yes we are 15 but ebs and flows on college happen. I don't believe if final rankings were today there would be a good argument to leave us out. So I'm arguing based on where we are currently we are viewed more favorably than we think and the only way we'd be left out is for controversy *assuming we handle business*. Which could very well happen but the CFP seem to favor branding fair or not
 
Look Miami has to get to 10 to get an at large bid if not acc champion as very likely acc and g5 champ won’t be on top 12 thus 11 and 12 will get bumped out to accommodate the last two conf champions
