Per ESPN, Miami makes CFP as 11-seed. Personally, I think the CFP is a joke. They are trying to copy college basketball's March Madness by putting long-shot cinderella teams into the playoffs. I am more or less a traditionalist when it comes to sports. I still haven't come to terms with the designated hitter in baseball or the 3-point line in basketball. This quest for more revenue is ridiculous, especially when you consider how violent football is. I find it disgusting that the lords of college football would subject players to what used to be a NFL schedule and increased risk of career-ending injuries (meaning reduced or no NFL payday) just to pull in more revenue for "amateur" athletics. Ok. Pile it on. I expect the negative responses.

We literally didn’t beat a single good team last year. And lost 2 of 3 to finish. We didn’t have a good enough resume. The committee got it right when it came to Miami.

We didn’t deserve to be in but we deserved to be in ahead of Bama last year and they put them ahead of us. That was bull****. Again we shot ourselves but they also favor the SEC and it isn’t always justified.

Well it appears that the committee cant ignore the games vs USF and Nd. Now I'm just talking, I haven't watched 1 second of anything. But ranking Miami in top 12 now seems to say if Miami wins the last 3 games, they should be in. Who the f knows though.
