Goddam we fire Blake James they're gonna promote brace face to AD.For anyone thinking this BoT is going to hire a man, here is the mission statement from our Chairwoman of the Board on her Institute for Diversity and Inclusion:
Founded in 2018 by Hilarie Bass, the Bass Institute for Diversity & Inclusion works with senior management of companies, law firms and institutions around the world to identify and create effective strategies to retain women throughout their careers, and elevate them to senior management roles. The institute's work is based on intimate knowledge of why women leave companies and the factors that can help make them stay.

As long as he doesn't hire Schiano or some buddy coach of his regime as a player I'm fine with it.Super successful executive in the NFL who has the experience to lead a large organization. At the VP level he probably makes less than 500k/year and I feel like you could at least double that for the private school P5 AD position. Would be great at fundraising for the university. More job security than working the NFL.
Very bad example. USC tried that with nothing but a well regarded former player. Alonzo is a very successful & highly thought of exec on the nfl level. Itll never happen though because hes already achieved a level of success where it would be a demotion for him to come here.USC already tried a move like this...
I suggest we avoid a similar error.
The environmental movement was founded in the 1940s after the eugenics movement lost popularity. It is about some people controlling others and has nothing to with protecting the environment. In fact, the WWF, Greenpeace, and other NGO environmental "pioneers" were founded by oil tycoons and former eugenicists.

He has the resume to do football front office not oversee tennis, swimming, etc. Not sure anyone who isn’t already in th3 field dies but cause h3 did scouting he has resume for an AD?Highsmith was a scout for the Packers and is now improving the Browns. He has a resume that fits the position.

Oh....and the former head of ticket sales had?????
You turn everything political. Are you really that frustratedHighsmith is qualified but a former football player will NEVER be AD especially at our school where social justice is starting to take over and infect our university and we promote f’ing man made climate change.
And You saw that in a YouTube videoThe environmental movement was founded in the 1940s after the eugenics movement lost popularity. I like it, but saw the dolphins break Jimmy, Parcells, and Saban, and I see a similar pattern with the Canes,

Richt himself was the right hire. The problem with cmr was o.c. should've been a given & no johnny boy. Get real people in those 2 spots were good. So, fans on this board seem to think there are simple answers to complex problems. How many "NFL alumni" approved the Richt hire, to which our fans crapped all over? Vilma and Testaverde come to mind.
