I'll throw Butch's name out there as well.

I'm not one of those that ever wanted him back here as a head coach, I feel his time in that capacity is coming to an end ala Richt. However, I'm intrigued by the thought of him overseeing the program from a higher altitude.

lmao first yall wanted butch as the coach, now the AD fawk it tell Julio Frenk to resign

Don't you guys get tired of throwing out the same old alums over and over again?

This is why we're in the position in the first place. This university has NO ambition or drive to be creative in their hirings.
This is the only major cfb team where you have to be from miami or played at miami. Pretty soon trick daddy will be the coach

Sure. Humans are great for the environment. You swayed me.
The environmental movement was founded in the 1940s after the eugenics movement lost popularity. It is about some people controlling others and has nothing to with protecting the environment. In fact, the WWF, Greenpeace, and other NGO environmental "pioneers" were founded by oil tycoons and former eugenicists.

For anyone thinking this BoT is going to hire a man, here is the mission statement from our Chairwoman of the Board on her Institute for Diversity and Inclusion:

Founded in 2018 by Hilarie Bass, the Bass Institute for Diversity & Inclusion works with senior management of companies, law firms and institutions around the world to identify and create effective strategies to retain women throughout their careers, and elevate them to senior management roles. The institute's work is based on intimate knowledge of why women leave companies and the factors that can help make them stay.

Well............that's it..............we're ****ed!!! :sanford2:

I know reading comprehension has never been your thing, but I NEVER wanted him as a coach.

How about you resign from life...or at least this fanbase??

he has never been an AD so what would he be doing that makes this a good idea??? Lmao we have some the brightest fans. Lets call schnellenberger back too. We deserve to be this bad with how our fans think.

Get an actual AD, one with legitimate collegiate experience. Highsmith could be director of football OPS, in essence the football AD, but I wouldn't trust him to run the entire department. He doesn't have the background needed to deal with all the other things that go with running a collegiate athletic department. You think Zo would give a **** about tennis or crew or any of the non revenue sports? No, and you need someone to at least have a general idea what is going on with those sports. I want Miami to have a football AD who is given the power to concentrate exclusively on that program, while the actual head AD is responsible for the entire department. The football AD would report only to the true AD.
