How much would you like to bet TVD starts this year? Manny and Blake are gonna use this kid to get an extra year if sht goes south. TVD looks like a good prospect, but he's gonna have some growing pains. The excuse is gonna be we started a true freshman QB and we lost some games we shouldn't have. Next year when he knows the system better and the team is a year older were gonna win big...….That's the blueprint, now get your popcorn and watch the shtshow unfold.
 
The fact that Flake mentioned in his presser a couple weeks ago that Stroud was slated to be announced for this COS position before Simpson left for the NFL should have told us all we need to know about how much desire there actually was to get this deal done with Highsmith by the UM admin. There was no way it was going from Stroud to Alonzo.

It's just another beta move in a long line of them by this sh*tty administration. There is nobody being held accountable right now at the highest levels for the f*ckery that was the last two seasons.

This is not correct.

The BIGGEST athletic boosters are ****ED. Like 8 figure contributors and BOT members.

Change will happen next year if (when) Manny shows he can’t change the culture of the program.

Even the most influential trustees still have to build the consensus of the board to make a big move like firing the AD.

No. That is the old and current Miami. Since 2004, we've lead the nation in (a) apathy, (b) lack of accountability, and (c) hiring the unemployable.

We're just keeping the status quo.

We should’ve really foreseen incompetent decision making like this happening under Manny a mile away. We had already seen it with Blake. Blake and Manny were just never going to allow this to happen. 8 wins is the new standard and with Lashlee we’ll get to at least 8 wins and Manny will get a 3rd year. Book it.

So, who hates Manny and James so much they would like to see the team fail so that they get canned? Yes, they stink, but I would rather see Lashlee get our O moving...combined with our D, we could have a good year....which we desperately need

the BOT loves him. they told barry that. they prolly like him bc hes cheap and he doesnt give them **** for their useless decision making
 
looks like oamr was right when he said zo wanted an NFL job which is my fear from the beginning. would he only be here until say the redskins figure out who their next GM is (maybe john dorsey who will bring Zo with hIm). also, Zo isnt even fired yet from the browns

When you say cheap, do you mean he doesn't get paid a lot or he is frugal?

If they love cheap, there is another cheap option. The problem is he is very successful and qualified. UM doesn't like any of that. UM likes to employ the unemployable.
