already third string with perry coming in the fall. difficult to blame the thought process if it were just the roster. however in light of the fact that none of the guys have done anything all he had to do was get better. that is on him.

Not surprised one bit. Just surprised how quickly he saw the writing on the wall. Richt has made it pretty clear he doesn't like pocket passers, this kid is wise to leave right now.
 
Hopefully perry the real deal. Only 4 scholarship qbs on the roster with 2 being freshman when perry gets here

This cut down on the splitting of reps with the 1 offense. Now these guys will have a better chance of getting in sync with the offense

wow. Did'nt see him transferring until Sit got on campus. Sucks, but on to the next.
 
Pressure bursts pipes. He has been here too long to still behind Shirreffs and Rosier, tells me all I need to know.

I agree the timing makes no sense but nor would the timing of a coach's sit-down with him. If nobody has stepped up, you certainly would want to keep the guy with the biggest arm and upside around to battle it out.
