Ahmmon Richards...

The Stacy Coley comparison is not far off.

This is just stupid. Coley had lots of phantom injuries. Richards' injuries have been real.

The comparison is more about a spectacular FR season (FR All-American) followed by a fairly unproductive Sophomore season.

In a season ravaged by injuries he still has 439 yards 3tds averaging 18.5 yards per catch which is elite. Has not played in every game and even in games he has played in he’s played only a small portion of the snaps each game

They say we were lucky this year. That is not true. We have just dealt with adversity very well. Someone will step up.

And its only 130+ yards behind berrios who leads the team and he had 20 more catches than richards.

Actually it is. People assume because he was limping around all the time and basically was invisible his sophomore year that he missed a bunch of games. He only missed 4 games his whole career.

Richards was actually a liability on the field as he was not 100%. Now we will finally be 100% fit at wr.

Get it done:

QB Rosier
RB Homer
RB Dallas
WR Berrios
WR Thomas
WR Harris
WR Cager
WR Harley
WR Langham
TE Irving
TE Patchan
LT McDermott
LG Darling
C Gauthier
RG Donaldson
RT St. Louis

I'm absolutely fine with that WR corps. Most glaring spot on there for me is TE. That's why I bet they target Irving a couple of times very early to at least establish a presence. Hopefully he steps up.

BIG TIME PLAYERS MAKE BIG TIME PLAYS IN BIG TIME GAMES!

We're trying to win 3 more games, not 1.

All the deflective stuff is loud but mostly laughable. I've come to expect that around here. We haven't defeated a team all season of the caliber we're asked to face starting Saturday.

Sure you might get away with key personnel losses in a given game. Very difficult to continue to have every game against top tier foes unfold favorably enough that your best players at specific positions aren't missed.

True but the 3 games you mention are also structured as a given game (that you mentioned)......a month off....and then the remaining two games. We're fine at RB and WR. At minimum you win this week and at least you have time to work on TE.

Really jammed up my attitude today (hearing this)
Hope he recovers well..
We are going to need guys getting things done, #1 RB/TE/WR down...
Let’s ride

Calm down guys, he didn’t catch a pass during the ND game and his yardage vs. VT mostly came on one play. It absolutely sucks that happened to him but if we execute we should still win.

****, you guys are pvssies. Richards hasn’t been Richards all year. He’s done next to nothing. And LOL at this roundabout theory of him drawing quadruple coverage on every play. The guy has been in and out all year and hasn’t meant a thing in our biggest games.

Berrios, by far, has been our biggest step up guy in the big games. Richards will have his day if he toughens up, but this wasn’t his year.
This.
