How many pages did the Xavier Lucas lawsuit thread make it to? I'll check back in here with that number is doubled.

The Ole Miss game I saw CJ win vs their DB on just a pure go route several times with no safety help and Beck didn’t even consider throwing the ball

I don’t pretend to know the conversations but Becks refusal to throw the ball was pretty eye opening

IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A "MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT" WITH THE PHILOSOPHICAL MEANING OF THE WORD "COMMITMENT". It's a god**** short brief on the legal reasons why a 10-day TRO for a hearing 13 days in the future should be tossed out, or in the alternative, for the hearing to be moved up.

I love how he says that Duke paid him NIL money. He doesn't even realize that NIL is funded by third parties to remove the universities from any pay for play.

That's right. It's one thing for a court to prevent him from joining another football program while the football contract dispute is being sorted out. It's a completely different issue to prevent a student from enrolling at any school they want for academics.

Since there is no pay for play, is there a scenario where he enrolls and plays at Miami, but Duke keeps paying him NIL (since they own the rights through Dec 2026)? Say Miami's total package is $6M. Duke pays $4M, and he gets the $2M in Jan 2027.
