After Richt

Just hire coordinators for offense, defense and ST along with a team president or manager for off field administrative and performance evaluation..
.... you don't get results on the field in your area as a coordinator, you are gone...
.. that way each coordinator is not held hostage by an inept HC.

Coordinator who gets results stays and gets compensated ...

Might look bizarre but thinking out of the box with these atrocious salaries/wholosale buyouts and coaching changes

... I think ASU is trying something like that.

Georgia got tired of Richts floundering and forced him to hire an OC. How did that work out?

Just look at the performance on the field for offense and ST... and tell me if that is the best we can get out of this team...

No sure why you felt the need to change that, but ok. Everyone knows this is CMR's third year here.
A more balanced comparison would be first 3 years at same program, each having same time to build upon, resurrect, etc

No it's obviously not. But you can say that about parts of any of the teams coached by any of the guys on that list. Not making excuses for CMR, just providing some context and perspective.

You left out Dabo and Saban, cute.

Because those two programs are in a different stratosphere than we are. I wasn't ignoring them. Aside from OSU, most of the programs listed are perennial top powers or coaches who have had some type of change in recent years.

You're not looking at the bigger picture. Why not post what Saban or Dabo have done the past three years? Or what all these coaches have done in their career. Changes are, they have a better body of work than Mork.

But that is exactly what your list doesn't do.
Context is corch Ed O in his year 3 taking Bicht to the woodshed. Context is corch Taggart nearly taking Bicht to the woodshed, only to be miraculously save by the D again, in his first year.
That's context and perspective.

Im still waiting for the morons to explain why this amazing winning coach was fired from UGA, and why he would do better here at Miami than he had been doing with the Dawgs.

Look over there, the IPF has been built!

If he was amazing, he wouldn't have been told to kick rocks at Gawja.

Like who?

I think three years gives better context to what a coach can and has done than just one.
