Adarius Hayes Charged in Deadly Crash

Absolutely senseless and reprehensible. You see people driving like that all over South FL. Whatever it is, it’s not worth dying nor losing your freedom over.

So as an Insurance Agent who doesn’t just sell insurance, but actually consults, educate, & look at actuarial data, younger individuals (assuming licensed at 16 yrs old - 24 yrs old) have always been the most expensive due to their lack of experience/caution. However, there’s tangible data showing this new epidemic of youngsters being absolutely reckless w little regards for themselves or others has spiked exponentially since the world shut down. What’s more alarming is a new demographic that’s following this same course: Ages 25-35.

It’s across all cities, brotha. I’ve had convos w parents asking “what can they do” b/c their child have been involved in exhibition speeding occurrences that resulted in tickets, total loss accidents, disablements, & unfortunately deaths. If imma keep it 💯, laws r way too lenient, especially on minors involved in such activities. There’s little to no deterrents to stop this. Same thing w drunk drivers; u’ll hear of a person being on their 3rd DUI accident in the legal system, & it’s like WTF?

Lawless & reckless behaviors are often met w slaps on the wrist, especially in vehicular matters. One of my frat’s sons was literally split in half on his street leaving his house. Both he & his passenger lost their lives immediately as a kid was doing 90 mph down the residential street. My frat had to find part of his son’s torso in a tree. U know what happened to the 17 yr old & his family?
-A citation
-A brief trip to juvie
-Insurance claim (which they had the bare minimum required by law)
-A civil suit that fell flat b/c the single mom didn’t have any assets
-Kid walks free

I feel very bad for Hayes b/c he’s gotta live w this, but when the incident happened after seeing some fans being fanatics trying to defend bro saying the family made an illegal turn into him, it sickened me, & it was hypocritical AF.

I knew based upon the point of impact he violated several traffic laws & could be charged w/ vehicular manslaughter. Yes there’s a duty to yield when making a left, but if they already made the turn b/c of their right & AH was still gunning 30+ mph over the speed limit, it could be argued if he was following the law, there wouldn’t have been an accident. That’s what SIU is for.

This is a life changing event for all.

SEEN SOME KIDS LIKE 18 IN LAMBORGHINI SUVS JUST ZOOMING ON THE REGULAR.

And YEA HAYES is Cooked. He is gonna sit for a long time on this with all those deaths....i dont know if he has a good enough lawyer to deal with it his bond is high as ****.

He probably gonna get about 10 years at minimum

Not to mention the scooters and motorcycles weaving recklessly across traffic lines and intersections. There’s virtually no enforcement either. I can’t recall the last time I’ve seen someone pulled over before they’ve caused an accident.

I agree. Laws are way too lenient on drunk driving, speeding, etc. There have been some.changes, but not enough.

With regards to this story, it is terrible. Feel terrible for the victims and their family. Hayes ruined the lives of the victims and their family, his own life, and the life of his family. Awful situation and I hope people think about what they're doing just a bit more before they do something stuoid/terrible.

Just saying
