Absolutely No Reason

I agree with OP's conviction that Canes fans should show up to all home games..... But he realizes that buying StubHub tickets won't help the game sell out, right? Those tickets are already sold -- a few people buying $6 nosebleeds on the secondary market doesn't make a dent in attendance figures at all.

If you are a true fan, does that matter when it is $6 for a ticket?

Ive spent several years being an out of town fan. I would rather travel for a competitive road game than head home for a blowout. Came home for ND in '17 and a few others since 2012. We show well on the road, especially considering recent on field production. Home attendance for bull**** games isnt a good barometer of team support. I draw pride from road attendance and big time home games at night.

Yup..you know why? Because it’s ******* Central Michigan..was at the UF game..I will be at the UVA, Va Tech and up for the tally game action a fool

2 home games when you live a few miles away? Pathetic.

I'm not sure how it exactly works, but I know selling out home games brings a lot of extra cash for most programs sooo if you want bags then that is a start. Once I move to Florida, I plan to attend EVERY home game. Sure, there is more "fun" things to do on a Saturday in Miami, but you only get the canes at home 7 days out of 365. If ya ***** wants to go do something else then drop her or let her go cheat. Priorities fellas 😂
What's more fun in South Florida? Seriously. I can't think of anything more fun than a Hurricane game...even against a lowly opponent.

No excuse. You're lazy.
He doesn’t feel like making an all day event to sit in the sweltering heat to watch our doodie line jeopardize Jarren’s life. We cling to a 10 point lead headed into the half, just after our D forced a 3 and out fully equipped with anither seemingly meaningless short field, only to watch that field position and rare chunk yardage play lead to yet another Andy Crosland missed fg.

Eventually, CMU is just too small and slow to dig themselves out of a three score deficit, so they become a little sloppy on both sides of the ball. As the game progresses, and CMU turns to sludge, we very unconvincingly tack on another 4-5 touchdowns in front a crowd that is 90% friends and family.

The game ends, we’re 2-2 on the season, we’re still winless against P5 opponents, and we’re still 2-7 against our last 9 P5 opponents, dating back to October 6 of last year when we beat Florida state.

Also, Jim McCelwain won’t **** a shark during halftime. Which would easily be the best promotion.

Unfortunately, to many of the “canes fan”... the season is over, and they do not think it’s worth going to any games.
Exactly why we gotta stop making excuses for new coaches....all I here is give them time...we need a coach that can instantly come in and utilize the talent correctly....I hope Diaz is able to win out...if he loses to another sorry team.... unfortunately it's going to be the same ole song...I don't want here Dabo this Sabin that....when they have more talent both coaches usually win.....we just need a good coach with a winning mentality to get us back...we cannot keep playing to the level of weak *** coastal opponents...

If you tie going to games based on your team’s W-L record vs. Power 5 in the last nine games or pretty much any of the rest of the drivel you posted, you need to re-examine yourself.

Cause what you just posted is the textbook definition of a fair weather fan.

We all look forward to you deciding when the Canes are good enough for you to expend the energy necessary to start showing up again.

We should have the stadium filled almost every game. The SEC schools always have a packed stadium, even when it’s a crappy non power 5 teams. Part of the reason recruits don’t come to Miami is because we don’t have a great atmosphere. Who wants to play infront of 20,000 people

They do get more attendees, but it would be nice to match them while they are down:
