Good, you can never have too many giant Slavs.
Santana Moss? When’s the last time we had a good walk on
Pretty sure he was just kidding. However, Ragone didn’t look much worse than any starters of those linebacking corps during those years. Can't tell if serious or not!![]()
Moser had a big time TD catch vs UCLA in 98 if I remember correctly. Pop is a coach now.Jeff Popovich. Started as walk-on WR, earned scholarship and became starting safety. Had a cup of coffee in the NFL then became a reality TV star for a while. Aaron Moser was another guy from around that time who actually caught a few TDs in competitive games and I think also earned a scholarship. Track guy. A few others. Marshal Few got some reps at WR while here. And a few years ago Fentress (forgot first name) got reps and even a few starts at LB or safety.
Honestly for a meatball that never should've been on the field the guy made some plays.Pretty sure he was just kidding. However, Ragone didn’t look much worse than any starters of those linebacking corps during those years.
Ehhh, I don’t know if I would call it “made some plays.” He did his job most of the time he was out there, which was better than most of us expected. Made it seem like he was making plays, because the rest of our linebackers were that horrendous.Honestly for a meatball that never should've been on the field the guy made some plays.

Finished his career with 3 less TFLs and same sack total as Willie Williams.Ehhh, I don’t know if I would call it “made some plays.” He did his job most of the time he was out there, which was better than most of us expected. Popovich played some safety for usWas there a kid named Popovich (or something similar) in the 90s? Like young Reggie and Santana era? I remember we had to use some walk ons then because of the NCAA sanctions, and his name seems to be familiar lol
That may be true, but he wouldn’t have sniffed the field if he played the same time frame as Wille Williams. Maybe a blowout.Finished his career with 3 less TFLs and same sack total as Willie Williams.

Jeff Popovitch, he was a great special teams player, he also was a pretty solid contributor at safety and got some pretty decent playing time in nickel or dime packages and I’m pretty sure he was the holder for Sievers. Was there a kid named Popovich (or something similar) in the 90s?
