A couple of thoughts

Scoring fewer points that BC against them is the kind of irrelevance I'd expect.

Our offense not being very good in your opinion is not the same as saying that it's not good enough to win the ACC when it quite clearly is.
Gotta make the game before you can win it. The only decent acc team we've played beat us. fsu and stanford are losing teams. Not sure why your narrative is the offense is good but here we are... outside looking in and hoping for help to even make the acccg.

Yes because losing 42-7 and acting as though all is well would be perfectly represented by that picture. Imagine if we won.

Duncecap. Now.

Our scoring offense is 13th out of 17 ACC teams. Saying our offense isn't very good is more than just an opinion.

As of now we're on the outside looking in with the ACC Championship game. GT and UVA control their own destiny. We do not. Because of our offense.

We're tied with Pitt, UL, SMU, and Duke for 3rd-7th place and we have scored fewer conference points by far than those teams. And they've got 1-2 more conference wins. Our offense is the reason.

You said our offense wasn't good enough to win the ACC which it objectively is.

You can keep trying to change the subject though if you want.

We don't because of a 17-team table where we only play 8 other teams.

It's understood by every normal person that this format makes little sense. But never miss an opportunity to grandstand.

The analysis contains the reason why we lost to Louisville and scored fewer points than BC did against them yesterday. Our offense isn't very good. That's what the stats say.

We were #1 on offense last year and didn't win it because the defense was mediocre or worse

Now the defense is better but the offense is mediocre, which similarly puts the team at risk for not winning it this year either.

The offense is a concern if winning the ACC is the goal. If you don't think so I don't know what to say.
Saying the offense is a concern is a fair statement. Saying the offense sucks is a lie. Calling last years defense mediocre is also a lie; they flat out sucked. This years offense is somewhere between mediocre and ok. This years defense is good. We have another five games to go before report cards come out.

LOL this one is particularly funny. The fact that we play some different teams (and some of the same teams) is meaningless by itself.

If we played a more difficult ACC schedule and/or the other teams played an easier conference schedule you'd have a point. But neither of those two things are true, so you don't have a point.

Are seriously suggesting that the two ACC teams who are leading the conference only have a better conference record because they've played an easier ACC schedule?

And the reason we're tied with Pitt, SMU, UL and Duke is because they've played an easier ACC schedule?

But then you claimed that I said that the offense was good.

So literally not what you quoted.
So saying it's clearly good enough to win the acc is NOT saying the offense is good? Even though good is literally in the sentence you used? Interesting claim to back out of a statement.

Now I see the real funny part. You only think it's "some" different teams.

So we don't play either of the two teams you mentioned: Georgia Tech and Virginia.

And we only have 4 common opponents with each of them. So half the schedule is completely different.

If we still had a division format then we'd still control our own destiny.

Saying that this is meaningless is quite literally one of the dumbest things you've could've possibly said.

Huh?

Based on what?

Georgia Tech has one of the easiest paths in the history of this league.

You are really dense.

We haven't played a single common opponent with Georgia Tech yet.

This shouldn't be difficult, man. You seem really goofy.

Right.

What I said is what I said and what you said was *not* what I said.

Pretty simple, guy.

So facts are funny to you? Good to know.

You offered zero facts. Instead you provided a poor opinion that the reason we're on the outside looking in at the ACC championship is because all 17 teams don't play one another.
