9th ranked class on Rivals, 10th on 247

What a joke we're, a 4-8 UF team has a better recruiting class than us.

We'll also lose Cole and McFadden. FOH

It's a very good class that addresses major needs. We are in no position to complain with this class with how we finished the season and starting it with the NCAA cloud. Huge class pulled by this staff

1. Florida had one of the worst seasons in its history. They seem to be doing alright.

2. A top 15 class is not good enough.

Like I said yesterday, Florida is going to end up ahead of us even after the decommitments of Lane, Jackson, and Cook. UF is a very good spot with Prince, Jeff Jones, Mckenzie, and Carter also.

UF just went 4-8. Recruiting is about relationships and visits.

This class is deep, even after losing our cornerstone in Valentine. Moten, Owens, Young, Hester, Thomas, and others will aid the defense in the future. But I am disappointed in how these last months of recruiting have turned out.
LOL. Out of all those guys that you just named UF will only get Mckenzie.

Remember two weeks ago when we were top 3? Why don't you guys wait until NSD to make a judgment on the class instead freaking out like teenage girls every 2 days the rankings change. I can just about guarantee that our class will be ranked higher than Florida's by NSD.

didn't we have the #1 class in 08? im not worried about rankings im worried about how well do the players we get turn out. we have about 10-11 guys that's going to play spring ball and addressed big needs

Weak spider monkey shouldered fans. We'll get ours but so will FU and FSU...

Who gives a flip where Florida finishes in recruitment rankings. We're rarely going after the same kids, anyway. This stuff is nonsense and silly chatter. How qualified are the clownings eyeballing 18 year olds and deciding whether a class is 6th best or 13th best? Just take care of own business, identify and address our needs and hopefully develop what we bring in.

Per Rivals:

Out of the top 10 teams, 6 are from the S$C. Ohio State went to a BCS bowl and is 24-2 in the last 2 years, FSU won the ship and Notre Dame is coming off a title game appearance a year ago when they heavily started to recruit this class. Who are we to complain with our class with a 16-9 record over two years and 3 year NCAA cloud what we have been selling? We should be stoked that where we are and this 2015 class is genuinely the first class without a NCAA cloud and Al's positive spin of "we won 9 games and are trending upward" pitch to recruits.

#1 Alabama - 11-2(BCS)
#2 Ohio State - 12-2(BCS)
#3 Tennessee - 5-7 (no bowl)
#4 Florida State - 14-0 (NC)
#5 Texas A&M - 9-4 (Chick Fil A)
#6 LSU - 10-3 (Capital One)
#7 Notre Dame - 9-4 (Pinstripe)
#8 Florida - 4-8 (no bowl)
#9 Miami - 9-4 (RAB)
#10 Auburn (BCS)

LOL. This fanbase...sheesh. Look back at our history, children. We have NEVER consistently recruited on the same level as UF.ag, F$U, or most of the $EC schools. Every once in awhile, we get a 2008 class (trying not to laugh at that band of jokers) that is highly rated, but that is NOT the norm. Never has been, probably never will be.

If we can somehow bring Valentine back in the fold and land Jackson, I for one will be very happy with this class.

We should consistently be in the top 10 in recruiting with the talent we have in South Florida.

should FAU then as well?

we aren't working with much to sell as of late. The U on the helmet doesn't carry the same weight as it used to

Sad to say. These kids see the SEC/FSU/OSU with elite COACHING and DEVELOPMENT now and flock to those schools. We will get that one highly regarded recruit from SoFlo that bleeds UM and wants to bring the team back but that's not enough.
