nah hes won at a program at ole miss that doesn't win a whole lot. hes won a title as a play calling OC (not some guy in the back making copies of index cards like the two OCs we hired from Bama). hes turned around a bad program at FAU into a double digit win team in year 1 and got them ranked! hes a good coach.

I was prepared to get stomped by Clemson and A&M

I just wanted to see a team that played tough and disciplined and maybe TVD would give us a punchers chance

What has gone on is completely unacceptable and people talking about Manny Diaz, culture, the last 15 years etc are up their own asses

But doing that breaks the narrative for them. Not to mention the long list of solid coaches that have struggled in year 1. Nobody disagrees that yesterday was inexcusable, but we disagree about the long term outlook.

Saban: 7-5
Lane: 5-5
Aranda: 2-7
Pitman: 3-7
Heupel: 7-6
Fickel: 4-8
Dabo: 4-3 (19-15 over 2-1/2 years)

Imho, you cant write an obituary for a staff four games into a new regime. Have to see how the season plays out. Literally every fan base with the coaches listed above could’ve written the same obituary after year 1. Some of them did. Look how’s it’s turned out? Everything sucks until it doesn’t.

i already pointed this out and was drowned out by the well he's a former UM player crowd.... and well he was at fiu so that doesn't count either.

We lost to middle Tennessee. If Ruiz and mas aren’t he’ll bent on changes then they can kiss my ***. They also won’t pay up if we continue sucking too

They're **** bent on changes with the right guy (their guy). No way they're backing Kiffin to this degree - it is what it is.

Then they’re no better than the boosters who wanted manny. They’re the problem too. 10 year deal was insanely dumb for a guy who doesn’t have a title.

C'mon man....UCLA has never really been on the map. It's a program that puts together 2 double digit win seasons and crawls back into the basement for another 10 years. Washington is the exact same ****.

USC and Oregon have been the only consistently good programs over the past 25 years.
