5-star WR Calvin Russell commits to [checks notes] Syracuse? For real, though... Syracuse

Bomani Jones used to run an ongoing joke on his Podcast about Marvin Harrison keeping that pistol on'em...

So one time during one of his live shows a caller calls in & asks Bomani if he saw this latest article about Marvin being investigated as a suspect in another shooting...

Caller: "Hey Bomani, did you see that Marvin Harrison arti.."

*Bomani cuts him off mid-sentence*

Bo: "I ain't see nothing.."

click
*hangs up the call

I love Dre, but nah…

Randy Moss is my favorite athlete of all time, so I’ve stayed away from this because Jesus Christ himself could not do anything to convince me that he isn’t the greatest WR to ever walk this earth.

And from that point, he'd never mention Marvin Harrison by name lmaooo

To me, it’s Jerry Rice, Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Marvin Harrison, Andre Johnson and then a huge gap.

Randy Moss was dominant at what he did but he had holes in his game and was immature. The rest of the guys (TO, Antonio Brown) had severe emotional problems.

If you get traded multiple times in your prime, you don’t qualify for the top group IMO.

Teddy was a Cane! The only reason he de-committed was because Randy got fired. He was coming to Miami.
I know all of that. But if he is such a “Cane”, he would’ve never thrown the upside down U up when his Cards crushed us and then broke it. That’s not a good look for someone that supposedly was a “Cane.”

I watched him live take the Packers apart. Best player on the field. Don't give a flying rat **** about attitude issues. Buddy made a QB out of donkey *** Culpeper.

Jerry Rice was the bane of my existence over those other guys as a Bear fan and season ticket holder throughout the 80s-now.
At times the Bears kept the other two in check but Rice always crushed our souls.

Honestly? We didn’t play against Jerry that often. ‘88 is really the only year he gave us the business both in the regular season & playoffs. I’m a born in Bears fan since the 80’s, literally my first sports team I’ve ever followed.

****, even in our miraculous 1994 playoff run w Steve Walsh, we got smoked by the 9ers, sure, but we held Jerry in check.

Admittedly, in ‘89, & ‘91 he did smoked us, as well. I VIVIDLY remember the ‘91 game b/c it was the last game of the season, & I was there at Candlestick. I was crying at that game, & my hate for the 9ers was synched (looking at u @IndayArtHauz). They beat us by, iirc, like 40 points!!

My pops didn’t like the 9ers, but he was a big Rice fan b/c he was from MS. like him. His support was ***, af, especially since he’s a Chargers’ fan (which is y I was so happy Jerry lit their asses up in the ‘94 Super Bowl #karma)

Jerry avg. like 20 yrds per catch in thar ‘91 game; I just recall every time he caught it, it was either a TD or for **** near 40, no in between. Lol

The Moss talk in this thread was absolutely crazy lol

Other than Jerry Rice, he's THE GUY All-Time at WR.

Ya know…I was gonna argue with you on this (there have been many freakishly good wide receivers in NFL history)…but then I saw those highlights and was reminded of how good he really was! 🤣🤣
