Get Robinson and McCoy on board

Recruit the **** out of both Chaminade kids, and I think there's at least 50/50 chance you get 1 with more likely tbeing trader. Hawkins and T.Moore in this group as well. Find your 3rd commit from this group

Couple other VA/Tex/Midwest kids in the running if you think they are good enough

Then aedd a portal next year as your 4th or 5th kid to round out the group. But I think it all has to start with getting BOTH Robinson and McCoy on board.

This. I'm not yet convinced that McCoy is the guy but yeah, this is the right move.

Chance ? No. I‘m talking consistently landing five stars……elite skill players. Guys that every top tier program wants. Btw, I can’t wait for the responses to this common sense take. 3,2,1 and go Cis…..
U are correct. WR and RB to a lesser extent are 2 positions where they usually go to the hot name, CB as well. Very front running. We need to perform for them. We can recruit most other positions off vision.

Excerpts, paraphrases, and quotes:

After a breakout junior campaign, Chance Robinson has established himself as not only one of the top talents in the entire nation. With over 30 offers, the four-star wideout has nearly every major Power Five program after his services, including the Miami Hurricanes.

“It’s been a dream for me to play for Miami, I’ve been keeping up with Miami for the longest. When Miami’s doing good, I’m happy.”

“If I were to play for coach KB, I know I’d get better as a player and a person,” Robinson said. “And honestly just develop myself to be one of the best players in college football. That’s honestly a dream and a goal.”

“I was there about two weeks ago, and it’s great,” Robinson said. “Everybody is hungry to get better, and you could see that out there. Coach Cristobal is working, and nobody is walking. I’m talking about the staff, from passers to trainers, nobody was walking. That’s the thing you need. Coach Cristobal is with the offensive linemen, and he’s setting that mentality. He wants the team to be great, and everybody out there wants to be great and wants to be winners.”

Although Robinson does not have a commitment date just yet, he does know what a program is going to get once he locks in with a program.

“When I commit, they’re going to get a loyal guy,” Robinson said. “They’re going to get a guy that’s ready to work and take this game to another level. I’m talking about as far as working after practice, taking notes, and working. They’re going to get a guy ready to work. When you go there, it’s one more step toward changing your life. I’m going to give it everything I’ve got.”

Is he a better prospect than the kid from STA a few years back that signed with UGA? Name escaped me but he was a top 100 kid, had size and speed and got hurt bad at UGA and hasn’t done much there numbers wise.

I think he is more polished than that kid as a pure WR but similar from a ht/wt/speed standpoint. He looks like a natural pass catcher too. In our new offense, he could be a very reliable guy but in a perfect world he isn’t forced to be your go to guy but is a **** good #2 IMO.
Rosemy? I have Robinson as the better athlete but Marcus was extremely polished. Cam might be a year away in that aspect.

Very good WR.

so different views lol

Rosemy ? Not as big as him (pause) but definitely a better route runner at the hs stage

Chance is a better prospect that Rosemy-Jacksaint, IMO. Rosemy-Jacksaint is an inch or so taller, but Chance is faster, a better route runner, better after the catch, and at least as good a blocker. Chance is also a much better prospect than Quincy Skinner, 21 STA kid who is starting to make waves at Vandy. If Chance went to U School or AH and played in their offenses, he would be looked at like Inniss.

My heart skipped a beat for a minute but I'm sure he just means that whatever school he commits to is going to get a loyal guy.

Same re:McCoy.

I like him at CB more, but obviously he is a take and has the athletic profile that you like and could develop into a productive player in this type of offense.
tbh I like both ATHs Trader and McCoy more at DB but both want to play WR and i'd take both there as well.

Yea no. Rosemy even to this day wins with technique. We legit might go another 4-5 years without somebody being as polished as he was.

His technique might save his career from that nasty injury.

Roemy-Jacksaint was a jump ball specialist who excelled because he had incredibly strong hands and knew how to use leverage against overmatched DBs. No doubt he was a good player/prospect, but Chance is stronger, is bigger (not taller) and is better after the catch.

Because he’s a better athlete…not the better WR.

chance is a solid get
but if he is our WR1, thats same old same old
things were supposed to be different with mario
he has to land either smith or trader
esp after missing on innis, hykeem, and brown last year
I think Trader and Chance are similar. Im not even sure Chance is not better. JJ is clear both imo..i see people say Trader and JJ are neck and neck. I dont see it. In any case they are all elite players with TJ Moore. Just my opinion.

You can't land a #1 WR until they see the offense actually work. 🤷‍♂️
