Trust me, I hate ND, too. Makes me sick to my stomach to post what I did in this thread. I think we’re all just trying to wrap our heads around how different this sport is now.

With that said, let’s kick the **** out of UF this weekend.

Admittedly at the end of the game I found myself hoping they would make the stop and I hated me just a little bit

I appreciate I have a place I can say that out loud

They could be 0-12 and still be ranked. It’s the ND shoulda, Coulda, Woulda Mystic.

I hope there is locker room divide & that the players quit on the coach. Outside of 1 position, they looked solid last night. Thankfully we match up well with their physicality. Ain’t scared. Just saying I think it will be closer than USF. QB play was once in a lifetime bad.

I don't have a problem with ND being ranked. They lost close games to good/very good teams.

Yes I know our game with them wasn't as close as the score. But the score is what many voters look at (which is why we shouldn't take our pedal off there gas with any opponent).

Plus ND being ranked helps us.
 
Notre Dame, for all of their Propaganda, will always be the team of Manti Teo's Ghost Girlfriend. A great team, but they'll never be Bama, or Ohio State, or Clemson or Miami from their Glory Years.

They'll always be just under the Top Team level, although everyone in the Media will insist that ND is a Top Tier club because of their Blue Blood Status.

ND has a great coach, but if they wanted to be a Dynasty, they'd have to hire an unprincipled weasel like Urban.
