Rousseau has played only 3 spring scrimmages and has 8 sacks in them. WTF thats unheard of
Not to rain on the parade but sacks are just putting hand on the QB in most of these situations. I think Patchan had six sacks in one scrimmage once.

But still good to know he is penetrating and getting in good positions.

And? Aint no qb getting out of those sacks regardless.

Sounds like this was the "let's not get anybody super important hurt" scrimmage. That 3-4 for Malik tells me that he's pretty far ahead in the QB race.

Rosseau man, every freaking scrimmage.

I know it’s April, but Jesus, Joseph, and Mary what a find this 3 Star kid is. And he’s a freshmans.

But let’s cry about Chatfield some more, doe
The fact that he got here in January, was supposed to be a project, and instead put on 25 pounds and had 9 spring sacks and a boatload of tackles and tackles for loss is mind boggling. Best start by a defensive player in forever.

It’s only April. Just imagine what he will be like in August.

I hope so. Over the last few years we have seen QBs look like Houdini and escape the clutches of our Defensive players.
The point is sacks can just be a one handed tap on the shoulder or back for all we know.

He's way ahead despite what Richt is saying. No way in **** he doesn't start Rosier against LSU. There's not a coach in the country that would throw a kid who's never taken a snap in a college game into that environment. Backup will get some burn, but that's it.

The only true competition is seeing which young cat gets a chance to unseat Malik as the year plays out.
