It was just foolish leaving Hernandez in the game. He threw too many pitches in a short period of time and didn't have full command.

We just got back into the game and you throw him back out there to issue a leadoff walk, a double, and now struggling to throw a strike.

The signs were there last inning. Play the situation, not the stats, stop trying to ensure our starters get 5 innings.

He shouldn't just be looking at total pitch count. Hernandez was laboring as he threw a lot of pitches each inning.

If JD makes the change before the 4th, UNC likely doesn't score.

Scanlon has really been swinging a good bat. He's now getting starts against LH pitching as well as RH pitching becoming the everyday catcher.
