FYI, a curve ball can be thrown to countless different locations.

Yes, you realized that your original post was terrible. The location was bad. The pitch call wasn't bad since we certainly didn't call for it to be belt high.

Just terrible pitch location with 2 strikes. Belt high right over the middle of the plate.

Can anybody these guys pitch at the knees? Just about every pitch was up in that entire AB.

That was two belt high pitches on 0-2, and 1-2, hard to think that wasn’t the called location.

They were probably trying to avoid using him in a non-save situation, but if you were going to use him a clean inning would’ve been smarter. No point saving your closer otherwise in a tie game at home.

Tuff nut to crack. Wouldn't get all these homers without the homerun swing, but when just a single would do nicely they r trying for the bleachers a bit too much maybe.
