Not sure Elijah Lofton is 6'3". Also, as i'm reading down the list, it seems at least a third of the roster has the "talent" to play at the next level in some capacity. Whether they will is a different story...A far cry from the past 15 years or so.

First thing that strikes me is the fat continues to be trimmed. There's only a handful of guys who look like they will never contribute and should be candidates to transfer out.

Dylan Day is really 6’2?

That’s a **** of a growth spurt since December!

Lightfoot at 230lbs in March of his TFr season means he’ll be at 240 by the time the season starts. If he’s functionally strong and adjusted to the weight (he’s still explosive); he’ll be in the rotation from Game One

We've really lucked out with two outstanding, consecutive slot receivers - and now it's Restrepo's final season with UM.

DO we have another slot receiver of this caliber in the roster - or do we gotta hunt up another one -

Random observations:

Cook being 6'2 298 pleases me

How has JHH stayed at like 285 for the past 3 years...

Mcconathy at 6'5 and 225lbs and Lightfoot at 6'5 and 230lbs is surprising. Would have thought cole weighed about 20 lbs more than lightfoot.

Blount at 310lbs is pretty wild. He doesnt look like it which is good.

Dylan Day and Isiah Thomas both beign 6'2 200 lbs is great to see. Hopefully thomas recovers from his injury. I'm sky high on Dylan Day though.


Portal Subtractions:
QB: 1 QB will transfer out (crowded room)
RB: 1 RB will transfer out (crowded room)
WR: Redding and Kirk
OL: Zion, Jonathan Denis, and probably someone unhappy with their depth chart position

LB: One LB transfers out for playing time elsewhere
DL: Should be Gore but most likely not. One guy probably leaves due to playing time concerns
CB: Freeney
S: Balom

Thats 11 players leaving us at 81 scholarships and 4 availble for the spring portal. WR1, 2 DB's and a RB.

That guy is 5’9 on a good day.
