I only had about 12 hours in KC but got Oklahoma Joes. It was excellent. The regional differences in barbecue styles will always fascinate me.

The only good thing about going to Dallas for the LSU game was Miami fans taking over Pecan Lodge and their brisket (and Texas links).

Bryant's and Gates are the bbq places I go to I've heard of Haywards but not Rosedale. The sauce is unique I've grown up eating Bryant's. Memphis has some good bbq too
