Because we aren’t taking one?

As of now I’d say Taylor and Brashard. C Smith I haven’t asked about. I was under the impression the staff wasn’t big on collier ( not positive ) and Marshall was a no go. But that one was awhile ago, bama or uf was the talk then.

Tbh Taylor is the one I check on , he’s the one I wanted the most. I like Brashard a lot too.

Marshall is a UF vs Bama battle with UF have the lead for now but Bama is applying serious pressure & trying to sell him on being the next Surtain/Jobe.

As much as I hate Bama, if Marshall isn't choosing Miami, I'd rather he go there than UF. And we have other guys that I like better than Collier and Grimes. Let' just land Taylor and B Smith.

He's a FSU legacy but his dad Corey SR's relationship was with the old staff with Stanford Samuels Sr because he played with him at FSU, but Samuels SR is CB's coach at FAU now with Taggart.

Plus Collier is not a take for FSU at CB & at Safety they want Terrion Arnold or Ahmari Harvey.

Collier might end up at UF, but apparently Clemson likes him too, they may actually take him if they miss on Derrick Davis.
Not sure your take on him as a player, but I've felt Collier is the weakest of the Palmetto 5. Sure, I'd take him, but I wouldn't have sky high expectations.

He has slow feet & is stiff with his lateral movement & change of direction, his top end speed is subpar, but has very good ball skills. He's a big slow Safety, but he's overrated as far as his rankings is concerned IMO. His upside is based on his physical frame that he'll be a legit 6'2 200+ lbs once in a college S&C program.

I wouldn't want us to take him, if we're taking 2 Safeties I'd rather get Jardin Gilbert, Daymon David or take a Hail Mary attempt at Terrion Arnold.

I was all Yulkeirh and Alexis until I saw Smith’s highlights.

Those guys are exceptional athletes in their own right. And Smith may be fractionally slower than Alexis. But that combo of speed, wiggle and toughness is unique. People just can’t bring the kid down.

Reminds me of Dalvin Cook in that way. I know they’re totally different physically, I’m talking about how hard it is to bring him down.
Key trait identified = toughness

We need that. He and Restrepo back to back classes. **** yeah
