Update OP list - Any insights or recommendations to how our offensive board is shaping up?

Updated OP 7/9 - Offensive Class really starting to come together

RB - Knighton but sounds like he's OSUs to lose
WR - Worsham or Jones-Bell (longshot)
TE - Washington
OL - Walker & Denis

If we land Walker and Denis this offensive class is a top notch class in my mind

10/17 - Offensive class looking like its biggest recruiting hole will be at the biggest position of need OL.

RB: Gotta take 1 more IMO (Deejay might leave early). Please please push for Henry Parrish
WR: Land Emilien or Poitier. Class is good with who we have as commit but we missed on the 3 best SoFla WRs (Henderson, Jones-Bell, Rosemy)
TE: Long shot at Washington
OL: Need to expand the board ASAP. We can't only land 3 OL with 2 out of 3 being projects (Smith, Washington)

Disastrous recruiting thus far. Hopefully they can flip some very good offensive players.

What legitimate, top level OL recruit is going to come play here after seeing how the line performed this year? We ****ed away any possible first year bump with whatever we have trotted out there.

11/4 - OP Update

Not much has changed besides rumors of Smith being dropped. With the OL starting to show signs of significant development, I think our staff is more comfortable taking a smaller number at OL (3-4) instead of 4-5 guys.

RB: With FSU a disaster, maybe we can snag Knighton as RB2 in this class
WR: Would love to land Emilien especially with Hightower transferring
TE: Long shot at Washington
OL: RJ Adams is the only OL name I've heard recently that we are recruiting. Would love to flip Marlon Martinez from LSU

Is this your info or from TOS?

Only lose 2 more, yes, but we already lost 1 to the transfer portal...
5 is still way to high. Would create to much of a cluster of guys that are the same age which will definitely lead to problems later. Look at Florida loosing like 5 of their best recievers the same year

11/17 - Update

Need to close with -

WR - Douglas Emilien
OL - Flip 1 or 2 of:
  • Marlon Martinez (LSU)
  • Chris Morris (TX A&M)
  • Trai Jones (USCe)
  • Kobe Baynes (LOU)
Would love to take Parrish at RB as well, but that prob won't happen.
