We will have so many JR's and SR's on this team. The 2018 Miami Hurricanes will have to be one of the most experienced teams in the nation.

Offense
QB: (5) RS SR Malik Rosier, RS JR Evan Sherieffs, RS FR N'Kosi Perry, RS FR Cade Weldon, FR Jarren Williams
RB: (7)JR Travis Homer, SO Deejay Dallas, RS SR Trayone Gray, RS JR Crispian Atkins (We did put him on scholarship), RS FR Robert Burns, FR Lorenzo Lingard, FR Cam Davis,
FB:(1) FR Realus George
OL: (15) SO Kai-Leon Herbert, RS JR Hayden Mahoney, SR Tyler Gauthier, RS SR Jahair Jones, RS JR Bar Milo, SO Corey Gaynor, SO Navaughn Donaldson, SR Tyree St. Louis, RS JR George Brown, RS SO Tre Johnson, SO Zach Dykstra, SO Za'Lonte Hillery, Fr Cleveland Reed, FR Delone Scaife, FR John Campbell. (OL group hella deep our 2019 starting OL is going to be stupid.)

WR: RS SR Dayall Harris, RS SR Darell Langham, RS JR Lawrence Cager, JR Ahmon Richards, SO Mike Harley, SO Jeff Thomas, RS FR Evidence Njoku, FR Mark Pope, FR Brian Hightower, FR Daquiris Wiggins, (That's too much depth to handle at WR that upperclassmen experience will pay off big time next season.)

Defense:
DE: (7) RS SR Demetrius Jackson, RS JR Scott Patchan, JR Joseph Jackson, SO Jon Garvin, SO DJ Johnson, FR Greg Rousseau, FR Andrew Chatfield,
DT: (11) RS SR Gerald Willis III, SR Kendrick Norton, SR RJ McIntosh, JR Pat Bethel, RS JR Ryan Fines, RS SO Tyreic Martin, SO Jon Ford, FR Nesta Silvera, FR Trevor Trout, FR Dennis Briggs, FR Tyler Friday

DB: (17) SR Jaquan Johnson, SR Sheldrick Redwine, SR Michael Jackson, SR Jhavonte Dean, RS JR Robert Knowles, JR Romeo Finley, JR Malek Young, SO Trajan Bandy, SO Amari Carter, SO Derrick Smith, FR Patrick Surtain JR, FR Tyson Cambell, FR A Blades, FR Josh Jobe, FR Gurvan Hall, FR Gilbert Frierson, FR DJ Ivey.

This gives a a total of 90 players to start next season. (I know we only get 85 but I can dream with some of my recruiting predictions that I fit in there.

They better beat us now because there's a chance we won't lose a game the next 2 seasons after this with the amount of talent coming in and the current talent maturing and evolving we'll be one of the most talented teams in the country.

I would imagine RJ goes pro and possibly Norton as well so may not be as deep there but I like that Willis will be back with Bethel. If we can retain 1 of the two next year then our D should just dominate.

RJ may leave but don't think it's as certain as some believe

but we have gerald willis coming in to fill his spot and supposedly he's been owning our first team O in practice

will be a great year

Pushed out Beat out or walked Out...they won't be wearing a CANEZ jersey when the 2018 season starts

RS JR Evan Sherieffs
RS SR Trayone Gray
RS SR Dayall Harris
RS JRRobert Knowles

I could see sheriffs transferring if he wants to play or moving on if he has his degree.
Same goes for gray. If not, he’ll stay for his degree.

I see Harris and knowles staying unless they want more pt. I don’t see them forced out.

I don’t see richt dropping a kid without his degree who wants to stay.

If no one leaves for the NFL.....we should be playing in the national champ game next year

I think RJ and Norton are both gone unfortunately. Losing those two on top of Moten, 9 and Toolbox is gonna hurt no doubt.

Willis, Ford, Bethel, Martin, Fines and a couple of true freshman doesn't look as good as it would if either RJ or Norton stayed.

Love the depth. But no matter how you stack it, if McIntosh and Norton leave, we will not be as good in the middle. Good news is our LB's will be Juniors and our DE's will be not be blockable.

have all 4 of those freshman OL played enough this year to burn a redshirt?

The op isn’t far off. Sure, he’s assuming Mcintosh and Norton stay, but, think he knows the possibility of one or both leaving. I think he was just going off class status. He’s not far off his recruiting assumptions.

herbert dykstra hillery gaynor that is

If they've played at all their redshirt is burned.

I don't think Hillery or Dykstra have played at all this year. I think they've been redshirt candidates all along.

I know for sure Gaynor has played--no redshirt for him.

I don't recall seeing Herbert play, but I could be wrong.

Why is it assumed that Norton and Walton are leaving early?

Norton is good but this draft class is deep at DT and he's likely a middle of the draft type pick. Wouldn't be wise to leave early for that when you can return, get coached up by the best in the business, and leave as a first/second rounder the following year.

As for Walton, even healthy I don't think he showed enough to leave early. Given his injury, he may not get drafted if he leaves imo
