How is this kid a 3 star.

This staff is better at recognizing talent than recruiting services. We’d easily have the number one class if they wanted to please rivals vs win a Natty. They’ve only left the state for a kicker, fullback, QB, elite TE, and DT. The #1 LB recruit on their board is a 3 star. They never offered the 5 star IMG CB. They prioritize 4 star Hall and even 3 star Huggins over 5 star Johnson at S. That’s a Butch class if I’ve ever seen one. Sean Taylor smiling down from Heaven right now!

With that raw talent and athleticism, if he learns to play with leverage and use his hands better, he'll be nasty at DE or potentially DT.

They actually have very similar builds in high school. Both were listed at around 6'4" - 6'5" and weigh anywhere from 240-275 depending on the site...
