While the Coastal is far from a powerhouse division it did have 5 very good teams with a combined 44-22 record (20-7 OOC).

Just saying, not the worst P5 conference anymore.

It's not nearly the most important thing, but how the conference does matters. The better the acc looks the more attractive Miami looks and the better their strength of schedule. Just ask the sec.
