Ball was tipped at line by William Joseph (94). Dont know how i never saw that before. At the 2:06 mark.
Bad call or not (and injuries aside), seemed like they wanted it more & outplayed us for a good portion of the game. Too talented to allow that to happen, even if it was a very underrated OSU squad. We couldn't get in sync most of the game and shot ourselves in the foot a lot that night. Still a horrendous call that decided a national title.
Lol nah, but thought it was bad call before. Never realized it got tipped. Just kinda amazed something etched in my memory for 20 years had a new layer i never saw.Just keep ripping the band aid off huh? As painful as the thought of that game is and coming off the sh*t stain of a season we had this help ease our pain?
Masochism on full display
WJ told me to my face at Hecht he tipped it...Lol nah, but thought it was bad call before. Never realized it got tipped. Just kinda amazed something etched in my memory for 20 years had a new layer i never saw.
I’m looking forward to the day where we’ve won another 2-3 ‘ships so can move on from the pain of 2003.Never realized about WJo - crazy. Anyway, who cares and why you do that?
OSU fans will just respond with "so, look at all of these missed calls that should have been called against you" blah blah
I still haven't gotten past 1988 or 2000. Never willI’m looking forward to the day where we’ve won another 2-3 ‘ships so can move on from the pain of 2003.
20 years later and collectively we haven’t moved past it.
Man.....
This reminder is prolly why we as a whole haven't moved on and started the next chapter.
We gotta move on.
