Hence the reason I don't and never have wanted that **** boy on staff. Unfirable and brings nothing to the table. With Jon Richt on staff, I think it would be next to impossible to bring Dorsey home. It’s a shame because every QB he’s worked with in the NFL loved him. Does anyone break game film down better? Extremely strong work ethic and hates losing. I think he would be a strong recruiter, but I guess that’s not certain.
He’s a natural to come home.

Mark Richt won’t put aside ties of blood to bring someone he needs, Ken Dorsey, on staff as his OC.
Saban would do it in a heartbeat. That’s the difference. Saban separates business from family.
Problem is still Jon Richt. We need an experienced x and o's dude to be the QB/Assistant OC. Let Richt coach QB's in game. Then you can use the 10th assistant to help out defense. Since firing Jon isn't going to happen, I still think we need help on the offensive side, so you're going to have 3 dudes, Richt, Jon Richt, and new assistant all doing the job a guy like Jimbo can do himself.
Oh...... We get it. Doesn't mean we gotta like it.Mark Richt won’t put aside ties of blood to bring someone he needs, Ken Dorsey, on staff as his OC.

We aren’t hiring a ******* OC. What don’t you guys get about this?
You're assuming that anyone else in that position couldn't have done that OR better AND brought something to the table schematically/instructionally. Perry was committed to golden for Christ sakes.Hence the reason I don't and never have wanted that **** boy on staff. Nothing to the table? I wouldn’t call landing Perry and Williams in successive classes “nothing.”
What about a Co-DC? This way Manny can focus solely on the redesign of the Turnover Chain and who wears it?

He didn't? His OC and QB coach were known recruiters

So what is richt doing differently then?

Richt actually needs help coordinating an offense

Richt’s “OC” is a running backs coach with no coordinator experience otherwise and his QB coach is his son who has zero coordinator ezperience. How is that any different than Jimbo having Coley as his TE/OC coach and craig as his QB coach? And when FSU won a title, he had Randy Sanders as his QB coach, who had years of SEC QB and OC experience.
You just wanted to try to **** on Richt with some stupid hot take that didn’t make any sense. Par for the course.

So the answer to your question Jimbo had an experienced offensive guy in his corner when they won the championship and not his son?
