TrumpyCane’s Jets enjoyed Vinny’s time

I was a kid watching Vinnie. He was good but he didn’t dominate the NFL but didn’t he play 21 seasons? That’s an amazing feat in itself.

Vinnie did plenty good enough in the NFL....His stats sh*t on 3 HOF QBs...and took the Jets to the AFC Championship, not to mention Won a SB ring with Dallas as Aikmans backup.

He was good but according to @Dwinstitles elite players are basically HOFs. Which I disagree with. You can be an elite player who dominates college but things don’t pan out in the pros.

Championships and NFL Money sells. The conversation in households of AA kids of his level is 100% about the coach and program that gets you to the league and that NFL $$$$. It's not academics or bs like feeling at home and brotherhood. Kids and people in general put the cart before the horse. Kinda like people and their if I win Power Ball fantasies.

Stems from Dillingham’s time at FSU where he was recruiting him heavy, but now is on a better staff with more resources.

Bama is still the favorite but Oregon & UGA both reportedly crushed it on their OV with him.

But with UGA in the lead & likely landing Justice Haynes & Oregon already having Dante Dowdell committed, Young is pretty much wrapped up to Bama.

Would be nice. He's a different kind of dude. Him and Citizen in back to back classes is the type of chip stacking at RB that we've had in our Championship runs.
