**** man. Some things are way bigger than meaningless college football. My condolences to you and your family. If your dad was a Cane fan, I hope we get one for him on Saturday, but I don't think anyone in the world would fault you in any way for not being excited about a football game, given what you're going through. May he rest in peace and his memory be a tremendous blessing to all who knew him. Godspeed, sir.

All I can really say is “keep going”. Stay in the routine and know that just showing up is enough sometimes. I’ve known a lot of people that let it snowball and then they fall deeper into a depressive state.
