It has to be hard to bury the ego when you've played at a high level like he has. Hopefully he's learned it's just part of the job description. He's also building a college resume as his players go to the NFL. Having Diaz as the head coach will help.

I have zero problem with a man admitting he needs help. Its great that he wants to get better at his job.
Well said. This applies to everyone, and to life as a whole and not just a job. Bettering yourself is always a good thing, and the best of men know when to accept help to get better rather than being stubborn and refusing to admit their faults. Been there myself.

Orange Bowl Boy?

Sounds like NJs user name when he’s out trolling for new friends online.

It’s “The Orange Bowl Boys”, as in dudes who grew up in the OB. Best Canes podcast there is and it’s not close, no disrespect to CIS pod, which is second and there is no third, but the two pods do different things.

Solid joke either way, but if you haven’t checked out OBB yet, do yourself a favor and tune in.
