Com'on it's so "on brand" for our fanbase, suddenly one of the most highly respected AD's in the country has suddenly forgotten how to AD.

I haven't seen much talk about VT either, at one time I would have considered them a "get" for another conference, are they being overlooked? I've heard for years that it's a really tough place to recruit to due to location and having gone there is also kinda a ***** to travel to.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall now that OU,UW, USC & UCLA are headed to the B10, throw Miami & FSU in and it gets interesting. IMO they'd end up with Clemson and UNC and maybe VT, the SEC that is.

IMO this happened because of Deion, he's a super salesman and hype guy. I thinking they're banking on him having success.

I think along this line as well. It's fun for other fans to try to poke Miami for one reason or another, but the reality is the SEC is not asking for their opinion. This is about money and if Miami returns to "Miami" that's going to make someone a lot on money.

I'm curious as to what the board thinks the likelihood of any of this happening are? Is it inevitable or just the usual offseason chatter?

I'm guessing you meant Big10, not ACC, that said I think the SEC would take UNC because we're not a fit in that conference, IMO, and they already have a Florida school. The Big10 takes Miami.

Not sure it's been mentioned, but the number of Big 10 fans that now call Florida home would also drive interest IMO.
