@JeddTheFisch, @Cribby ... It happened. Shout out to Banda Bear and Mandy for making this all possible.

Some of the same guys yelling to take this kid (despite all the red flags) get mad as **** when our scholarship numbers stay in the low to mid 70s. You want to have better depth and scholarship numbers in the 80s? Think long and hard before recruiting kids that seem flighty or flaky.

Your point that it's a mistake to make decisions based on emotion isn't wrong. But you are wrong to equate this decision as an emotional one. The kid has committed twice and decommitted twice. This last time, he was foolish enough to decommit without securing himself a landing spot first...

According to my bookie @JeddTheFisch, the rare triple cvck is basically a lock. That's where the smart money is at.

Fam, I think we are talking past one another. I am not saying or suggesting that anyone needs to disown or disavow their friend. But that's a far cry from publicly supporting the move. There is a lot of room between disowning your friend and using social media to show support for the move. What...

No. I was asked "then what?" in the above hypothetical, so I provided an answer on what I would do (in that hypothetical situation).

    1. You sure Banda's talking to anyone in the bolded categories other than the recruit between the first decommitment and second commitment? I'm not. 2. Did he talk to any of Francois's former teammates ON OUR TEAM? DJ Ivey is right there... on the defense that he helps coach. Sit his a$$...

Trust, but verify. Anyone trying to make a career off taking the word of teenagers is going to end up homeless. And this may shock you, but most teenagers lie to adults from time to time. And even when they aren't trying to actively be deceptive, the kids themselves don't often really know...

I'm not going off his word. But our gullible staff is. That's entirely my point. Banda needs to do his ******* homework and stop getting played by these kids. Judas Choad still writes in crayon, but even that mental midget was able to fool Banda into think he was locked in.

Jesus Christ, of course the kid is allowed to have personal relationships. DJ Ivey can show up at Francois's house with O$U-colored cupcakes and play patty-cake all night while wearing matching pajamas during their slumber parties for all I care. That's not the point. When a current UM...

Banda Bear is a chump, but let's not get too carried away with this, either. Brevin Jordan is a true sophomore and he's playing at an all-conference level. Our best OL is a true sophomore. Minus a bad play or two Week 1, Frierson is playing pretty well at striker. We have some young guys...

IMO, that makes it much, much more egregious. After he decommited the first time, shouldn't the Banda Bear & Co. have stressed the importance of the commitment? Done their due diligence to make certain the kid really wanted back in this class and was done with "the process" before letting him...

That is Bammerro-esque behavior, right there. Sad times.

It is one thing to lose South Florida recruits to Baga, Clem$on, o$u, or even Uga. Honestly, at this point, I am more surprised when we keep a kids like Frierson or Hall than when we lose a kid on that level to one of those 4 schools. But it is an entirely different, unacceptable thing to lose...
