Having a successful head coach on staff is a difference maker not even just schematically. Candle would be an absolute incredible hire

well the apring game is april 14th right? I suspect we'll have an OC by at least april 13th so they can install the playbook before hand but just a guess

field was the recruiting director with mario at oregon for their best class before field came here... maybe he would go back to that role if anything but doubt we would show him the door
