For all the Beck apologists,

Can you guys explain to me why he can't stop throwing picks, particularly on In-breaking routes?

I asked that question yesterday & still haven't seen an answer.

Just more of the same excuses.

Anybody got anything for yall boy?
He doesn’t have the vision to see that play or is too slow in seeing that play and releasing the ball.

The DBs are reading him quicker than he’s reading them.

This is the play I was talking about when I said stop blaming the refs. This is ball game.
There were a few of these "game over" plays...
this was a big one.
I dont see time stamp, whats the context of this play? Idk wtf is going on in this picture, lol.. What happens he throws another pic, sack, dribble the ball and throw it to george w.?

Go find my Beck aint it thread. Hes off target or late on a substantial amount of completed passes to the point where the receiver loses momentum, turning big plays into tackles or small gains. Those are throws where they are not cross patterns. Cross patterns forget about it. Some people have the ability to hit the target some dont.
We owe you an apology

This is the scramble play where, if memory serves me, Beck eventually completed a longer pass downfield and it was called back for a penalty.

What it really shows is what I typically see in live games: he may be an elite processor *prior* to the snap, but I see a mixed decision maker after the snap. Often, a tick slow.

Contrary to what fans think the single biggest reason Miami wont reach their expectations is because of the QB. It was Mario's biggest flaw this offseason.

He let more athletic bigger arm options go by, chose more experience, and defenses pay very little respect to our QB.

Now our coaches have trust issues with him, and they choose the play it more conservative try to win with defense instead of letting him throw multiple INTs.

Bailey made the right decision by going to NC State. He wouldn't have played his first two years here. He's gotten starting experience, and he's balled out, so now it's time for him to come home
I hope he does come home… he would’ve came to Miami n competed had we really made him a priority btw ..but you’re right he made the correct choice.

Coupled with a refusal to pull the trigger as soon as he sees the open receiver at 7 yards downfield, waiting for the 17 yard receiver to get open (even though he's bracketed). He took what was given in the first 4-5 games and the offense was electric. Since then, he waits, forces, and throws picks.

Boooooo!!!!

RB/checkdown is WIDE open without a defender in site. First down likely ends the game. Instead, we punt and they tie.
